See through effect not working with deferred rendering path

Hi,
I'm using Unity 2019.2.9f1 and the default built in render pipeline.
The effects are working well, but the see through effect is only working using forward rendering.
That's not an option for me because I'm using the deferred path for various reasons.
Is there any way to fix this issue?
