Double-sided water surface rendering

It seems like the water surface is only rendered when viewed from above. Would be nice if it was also rendered when you're swimming below the surface inside the water blocks.

I did a test and it worked fine on my end, did you find an edge case? Can you post a screenshot or short clip? Thank you.

Sorry for not being more clear! I'm referring specifically to the texture on the top of the water surface, which doesn't seem to render when you're under water.

I've attached two screenshots, one with the current implmentation, and one where I faked a water surface with a plane, which is kind of the look I'm after.
