Hi, thanks!

There's an option called "Free Camera" in the Windows Settings section which allows you to translate / rotate the camera on your own.

Regarding the frontiers detail, the asset is optimized for 33.000.000:1 scale (aprox. region/province level). If you need to edit some polygon, you can use the Map Editor.
Check out this video (it's for World Map 2D Edition but in WMSK it's similar although with more options):

If I'm not wrong, the Free Camera option should be on the Interaction Settings section below Navigation Time right? I'm using 514 Slippy Map because it's suite me most for my project but I can't find Free Camera toggle in there.

I mean the topography not frontiers, I'm trying to use NASA Topography (https://visibleearth.nasa.gov/images/73934/topography) but seems not working. And I really need that resolution (21600 x 10800). And actually I need as precise as possible to OpenTopoMap (i need the 3d contour mach with the 3d texture from OpenTopoMap), because I'm building some geo terrain thing.

In Viewport mode you can freely rotate the camera while preserving the panning and zoom capabilities. Perhaps you may want to disable Fit to Window Width / Height in Window Settings section to avoid clamping to the borders.

Regarding the heightmap, the asset uses internally an array of 2048x1024 elevation points. This data is used to perform path-finding searches and other stuff. The resolution could be increased at performance cost though. I'll check if we can add an option so you can increase the resolution.
